HF Family Program - In-home Program
Our in-home options bring a licensed therapist to your home to show you how to handle your
specific problem areas and provide 24/7 support as problems arise.
We offer three in-home options for the Healthy Foundations Family Program.
Choose the option
below that describes your situation. If none of them apply, then you are a great fit for our 90-day online parent coaching options
A. I have Idaho Medicaid and live within an hour's drive of Boise or Blackfoot, Idaho
- 90-day in-home program
- Your provider is a licensed therapist
- Program is covered through Optum Idaho
B. I have Idaho Medicaid but do NOT live within an hour's drive of Boise
- 90-day hybrid program
- Some days in the home as well as many on-line appointments
- Your provider is a licensed therapist
- Program is covered through Optum Idaho
C. I do not have Idaho Medicaid but I live within an hour's drive of Boise
- 30-day in-home program
- Continued support packages available (optional)
- Your provider is Dr. Michelle Alden, LPC, the founder of this program
